The following Terms and Conditions apply to standard quotations issued by I.T. Lady Pty Ltd.

All quotes are valid for 14 days, errors and omissions excepted.

Project Terms and Conditions

  • In addition to the General Terms & Conditions of Sale, the following Terms and Conditions apply to any project quotations issued by I.T. Lady. A quotation is considered as a Project Proposal if the dollar value exceeds $3,000 or as otherwise specified at the discretion of I.T. Lady.
  • Project Proposals are based on completing the project during business hours unless otherwise specified.
  • Project Proposals are valid for 14-days notwithstanding unusual variations to item costs.
  • Where finance is applied, we will require you to finalise your application for Finance  at the same time as you place the order so that we can ensure that all paperwork is handled correctly and in a timely manner. A deposit may still be required at the discretion of I.T. Lady for projects that are Financed.

Projects will be completed in 2 ways: -

  • By Project phase, requiring 100% payment at the beginning of each phase
  • By Project start and finish. A deposit of 40% of the project value is required at order placement, 50% (COD) on delivery of the halfway milestone, or at the completion of Phase 1. The final 10% will be invoiced at the completion of the project and subject to I.T. Lady Credit Terms.
  • Please note that we cannot place orders for equipment with suppliers or commit resources to the project until we have received either approval from your Finance company or a deposit as outlined above cleared into our bank account. Should any variations in pricing occur between the time you place your order and the time you make payment either via deposit or via finance, these variations will be passed on.

  • For quotes requiring travel, out of pocket expenses will be charged separately on completion of project phase.

General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Pricing on products and services is supplied with the following terms and conditions:

  • On a strictly COD basis (unless prior credit account has been  approved and is within limits). Any order over $3,000 is subject to Project Terms and Conditions and requires a 40% deposit. 50% is due at the halfway milestone point of the project and 10% on completion.
  • Subject to variations in Exchange Rate. Any major international currency fluctuations may affect the quoted pricing.
  • All warranties on any hardware or software items are provided by the original manufacturer, unless otherwise stated. In the event I.T. Lady lodges a warranty claim on your behalf, all technical support including diagnosis may be billable by I.T. Lady and is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Any Services costs listed are estimates only unless specifically noted as fixed price.
  • Freight charges will be added to the invoice unless otherwise stated. Any included delivery charges are estimates only.
  • Any stock levels indicated are subject to prior sale. Order cancellations may incur a cancellation or restocking fee. Written ‘return authorisation’ must be obtained before returning any products to I.T. Lady. No products will be accepted after 5 business days from receipt of goods or invoice date, whichever comes first. A restocking fee applies.
  • Orders for Software or Licensing cannot be returned or cancelled. All Software or Licenses purchased from I.T. Lady are subject to the vendor’s End User Licensing Agreement. It is your responsibility as the customer to ensure that you adhere to Software Vendors’ EULAs and that your systems are legally licensed. You will be issued with an invoice for any Software or Licensing upon receipt of your order. We require upfront payment of this invoice in full prior to us ordering Software or Licensing from our suppliers.
  • By accepting any vendor specific quote with I.T. Lady you are agreeing to that specific vendor’s terms and conditions on this page.
  • It is your responsibility to conform with applicable laws of  all government authorities that may apply with regards to obtaining all  permits, licenses and other documentation required in connection with the purchase, installation, sale, export, shipment or use of any products.
